2. Citronella. What is it? What is it for? Which animals is it applicable for? Is it medicated?

Answer: Citronella oil is an essential oil that’s made from the distillation of the Asian grass plant in the Cymbopogon genus. This fragrant grass got its name from the French word meaning “lemon balm,” due to its floral, citrus-like aroma. Like many essential oils, citronella oil has certain benefits, and has been used in China and Indonesia for centuries to treat rashes, infections, and other health conditions.

3. When do I change a dog's antiparasitic collar? Is it important to wear it all year round or can it be substituted by the "drops"? When was the last time you asked a customer if he needed it or when he needed to change the colar?

Answer: Always change the flea collar according to the manufacturer’s directions to ensure consistent protection. Yes! Keep your pets under flea and tick protection all year round! It is common today to hear people say, “I don't give my pet flea and tick prevention in the winter there is no need, since it is so cold". This is a myth that is still believed today.

4. In Which animal category we place a cat? Herbivore, Carnivore or Omnivore? What is appropriate food for my cat?

Answer: When it comes to eating meat or fish, your cat is a natural. Cats are obligate our true carnivores, meaning they require meat in their diet and need little carbohydrates. In the wild, cats usually prey on small animals, such as mice and birds. But as a pet, a cat might only be preying on a can of cat food so, they rely on their owners to be nourished with a diet as biologically appropriate as possible

5. What is the best way to attract cats' attention to the water? Why is it so important? Can the cat have a health problem if it is not consuming water?

Answer: Place water bowls EVERYWHERE. Location, location, location—it really matters!
Consider feeding your cat wet food.
Add water or flavor to your cat's food.
Add flavor to your cat's water.
Use drinking fountains.
Test different bowls. If your cat is not drinking enough water to meet their daily needs, they may become dehydrated. This can lead to issues in the cat’s energy, organ and skin health.

7. Which are the most important items to suggest to a customer when he buys an aquarium?

Answer: Aquatan, Bionitrivec, Siporax/ Siporax mini, Food. Tests, Net, Thermometer.

8. Do you know which water parameter stabiliizes the pH value in the aquarium?

Answer: KH (Carbonate Hardness or Alkalinity) – the measure of carbonates and bicarbonates in water; the ability to resist changes in pH. Carbonates help stabilize pH in the aquarium and are replenished through regular partial water changes.

9. From what age is the kitty cat able to feed on its own? Is there any new alternative for feeding a baby cat? Which are the necessary products a customer will need for a newborn cat?

Answer: Kittens under 4 weeks of age cannot eat solid food, whether it's dry or canned. They can drink their mother's milk to get the nutrients they need. The kitten will rely on you to survive if their mother isn't around. You can feed your newborn kitten a nutritional substitute that's called kitten milk replacer. Ensuring the kittens receive proper nutrition is a key element of newborn kitten care, whether they're nursing or being bottle-fed.

10. What causes hole In the Head disease in the aquariums?

Answer: The primary cause of hole in the head disease is stress. Stress in fish can be caused by many different environmental conditions, including water quality, diet, aggression, space and other causes

11. How do we know how many fish to put in the aquarium? How do we estimate it? Can we increase this number? How? Is it the same in fresh and saltwater aquariums?

Answer: The most widely known rule for stocking a tank is the one inch of fish per one or two gallons of water rule. You do not want to add any additional fish to your fish tank until the aquarium has completely cycled.  a process that generally takes 6-8 weeks (about 2 months). This means that you need to wait at least six weeks after introducing your first fish before you consider introducing any additional fish to your fish tank.

12. What produces the higher percentage of Ammonia in the Aquarium?

Answer: Also known as the "break in cycle," the cause of the high levels of ammonia in a new tank are due to the lack of beneficial bacteria in the water — bacteria that keep the water levels safe by breaking down ammonia and nitrite into harmless nitrogen compounds.

13. What is the difference between Ammonia (NH3) and Ammonium (NH4)?

Answer: Ammonia is unionized and has the formula NH3. Ammonium is ionized and has the formula NH4+. The major factor that determines the proportion of ammonia or ammonium in water is water pH.

14. How can we instantly eliminate the concentrated amount of Ammonia and Ammonium in the Aquarium? Would it be helpful in the case of newly bought or imported fish? How?

Answer: If your fish tank is new, then the chances are your aquarium has high ammonia is because your fish tank has low beneficial bacteria. So, in this case, to increase the beneficial bacteria instantly you should add some gravel from the established aquarium into your aquarium.

15. What is affecting fish more? Temperature? Low temperature? High temperature?

Answer: An increase in temperature leads to an increase in the rate of metabolic function in most fish species. When fish have a higher metabolism, their respiration rate and need for dissolved oxygen (DO) increases and their feeding and digestive habits can change.

16. Which is the minimum required amount of Carbohydrates in a cat's diet? How do they benefit the cat's organism?

Answer: Ideally, cats should get less than 10% of their calories from carbohydrates. Dry diets require relatively high levels of carbohydrates to maintain their form, so this level can only be met in wet foods. Feeding wet food only is a simple way to reduce your cat's carb intake.

17. Can I use bentonite sand instead of Bird sand?

Answer: Bentonite is an ideal base for clumping cat litter because of its ability to absorb moisture and liquid (urine). When in contact with liquids, bentonite absorbs 3.5 times its own weight, causing cat litter to form clumps that can be easily scooped up. while made from quality graded sand, the ground oyster shell also offers the calcium and Minerals needed for a healthy diet and can be used as bird cage litter.

18. How can I know which pressed bone or Rawhide is suitable for my dog? What size do I select? When do I change it? Do I keep it for future reference?

Answer: Pressed rawhide, which is made of tiny pieces smashed into a shape, can be good for gentle chewers. This rawhide crumbles when the dog chews it, so it doesn't become a big, dangerously gluey chunk. However, in some dogs, rawhide in this form can cause loose stool. You want to give your dog rawhides that are small enough for him to handle, but large enough that they aren't easy for him to swallow.

19. What is Loofah? Are there any products made of it? What is their purpose? Which animals is it suitable for?

Answer: Loofah is made from loofah and corn leaf, the appealing chewable textures allow your pet to satisfy their natural desire to chew, keeping your pet happy and entertained! For your pet's safety, examine the item regularly for wear and tear and replace when appropriate.

20. Which do you consider the best type of cat litter? How many can you name, based on their material which are made from? Can a demo in the store boost sales?

Answer: There are two main types of clay cat litter: clumping and non-clumping. Clumping cat litter is often preferred by many cat owners who like to scoop the urine waste out of the litter box regularly, but others like the lower cost of non-clumping litter and will dump the entire litter box contents when necessary.

21. When do I change the litter from my cat's box? Do I substitute or change completely? Is it possible that I never change it?

Answer: A good rule of thumb is to change your cat's litter every 2-4 weeks. However, you might not need to change it that frequently because it all depends on your pet and their bathroom habits. It also depends on the number of cats that use the litter box and the type of litter that you use.

22. What is struvite? Is it common in male or Female cats? Is is due to nutrition or lack of water? Is it contagious? Is it painful?

Answer: In some cats, struvite bladder stones form because of a urinary tract infection. Certain species of urinary bacteria produce a chemical called urease, which leads to changes in urine acidity. Urease-producing bacteria can contribute to the formation of struvite stones. However, when left untreated, it can result in painful, bloody urine, irritation in the urethral area or complete blockage of the urethra.

23. Is a Bacterial or fungal infection in the aquarium dangerous for humans? Do we carry bacteria?

Answer: Like all animals, fish may carry germs that make people sick. These germs can also contaminate the water in which fish live. Although fish and aquarium water can spread germs to people, illness due to keeping fish is rare.

24. My betta can survive in a small glass of water, but my goldfish will die. Why?

Answer: There are lots of reasons why a goldfish might die. These include Unsuitable living conditions: For example, keeping your fish in a tank that is too small, or not using a filter. Poor water quality: There are lots of water parameters that you need to balance to keep your goldfish healthy.

25. What is the difference between complete food and complimentary food? How to identify? Can we judge only by price? Which one would be cheaper?

Answer: Unlike complete foods, complementary foods do not contain everything a pet needs and so have to be combined with other foods to form a balanced diet.  In order to be legally labeled as ‘complete’, pet food must contain all nutrients required for your pet in sufficient amounts to keep him or her healthy. Complete foods can be dry foods, wet foods, or raw. They can be fed for long periods of time on their own which makes them by far the most popular choice for pet parents. Generally, complementary foods are wet or raw foods that don’t have all of the required nutrients that your pet needs, which means you will have to supplement their diet with something else.

26. How to choose the right food for my dog? Is it true or false that a good brand has the same results for all dogs breeds? Is there any difference in size, shape, activity?

Answer: Look for food companies that exceed AAFCO guidelines and use high-quality ingredients. Choose foods with meat-based items listed as the first two to three ingredients. Avoid foods that contain excess chemical preservatives and high amounts of fillers like wheat, corn, and soy.

27. My dog show some Dermatic issues. How can I be sure it is from food? Is it maybe from insect bites or medication? Will the doctor be able to diagnose?

Answer: The most obvious is simply by looking; you may be able to see visible signs of your dog's bite or sting just like you would on a human's skin.
Visible Signs
Redness around the area that was bitten.
Swelling.
Skin that is hot to the touch.

28. What is algae? How to eliminate? Is it easy? Will it come back? What is the best way?

Answer: Algae are simple plants that live in oceans, lakes, rivers, ponds, and moist soil. Algae grow in many forms. Using a solution of 5-10% bleach, dip the plants for a few minutes as needed to destroy the algae. Make sure they are thoroughly rinsed because bleach can kill your fish. Invest in a filter. Remember, if algae persist through regular water changes, you have to do more to combat the problem.

29. Which animal has a specific need for Vitamin C? Which is the best form of vitamin C to supply to the animal?

Answer: The most notable species requiring vitamin C is us. Along with humans, nonhuman primates, guinea pigs, bats, and some fish and bird species require vitamin C as they cannot produce it themselves; therefore, they must consume vitamin C in the foods that they eat to meet this requirement. Sodium ascorbate is a pH-neutral powder that stays in your dog's body two times longer than ascorbic acid. It easily absorbs into your dog's system, making it one of the best forms of vitamin C to give your dog.

30. Is the water flow or the filter material volume most important for the aquariums and the biology?

Answer: A proper flow rate is essential for your aquarium's filter to work its best. This means that your aquarium will stay cleaner longer, providing a healthier environment for your inhabitants. We generally recommend that on average, you turn over your aquarium volume four times per hour

31. How to prevent floating algae in the aquarium? In the pond? Is it better to use medicine or is there any other way?

Answer: Covering approximately two-thirds of the water's surface with plants such as water lilies and planting several taller plants along the margins of the feature to provide effective shade. The addition of aquatic plants helps to reduce algae growth by competing for nutrients in your water feature. Excess light is often a trigger for Green Water algae blooms. One way to get rid of an outbreak is to temporarily eliminate light altogether. Turn the aquarium light off and wrap the tank with black plastic, trash can liners or blankets, and keep it covered for a few days.

32. How to get rid of the algae on the wall of the aquarium and the decoration?

Answer: Using a solution of 5-10% bleach, dip the plants for a few minutes as needed to destroy the algae. Make sure they are thoroughly rinsed because bleach can kill your fish. Invest in a filter. Remember, if algae persist through regular water changes, you have to do more to combat the problem.

33. I used a UV but algae is not disappearing. Why?

Answer: If installed correctly, Aqua Ultraviolet guarantees your green pond water will clear up in 3 to 5 days while using the device. If it is not working the lamp is bad, the ballast is bad, or there is an electrical problem. Each ultraviolet sterilizer has a rating for the pond size it will handle and the maximum flow rate it can handle.

34. My dog needs grooming because he is feeling hot in summer. Correct?

Answer: Dogs, like humans, feel better when they are clean and healthy. The longer days and warm weather inspire us to get ourselves and our dogs outside to soak up some sun. Grooming dogs in the summer can help reduce the heat and make your dog a little more comfortable.

35. I can use the same toys for an adult dog and a puppy, correct?

Answer: Generally speaking, these types of toys are considered to be safe for puppies: Toys made from hard nylon. Balls and chew toys made of hard rubber. Vinyl or plastic chew toys for light chewers unless part is bitten off, but not hard chewers.

36. Is it ok to feed my cat cold food? Why? How is cat acting in Nature?

Answer: It won't harm your cat to feed it wet food straight from the fridge, but there's a fair amount of research indicating that cats prefer their food a bit warmer. If your cat is OK with eating it cold, consider yourself fortunate

37. My cat is a feline. Have I observed its behavior in nature? How can I generate a higher appetite for my cat?

Answer: There are several different options for trying to entice your cat to eat. Add a little bit of warmed, low-sodium chicken broth to their food.
Add some meat baby food as a topper.
Add some water from a can of tuna or anchovies.
Add some fish oil to their food.
Sprinkle some nutritional yeast powder onto their food.
Sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on their food.

38. Which cereal is better for my cats' diet? Corn, Wheat, Barley or Oat?

Answer: Cats like certain sizes and textures of foods. Rice is okay to give in small doses, but other whole grains, like oats, barley, and whole-wheat breadcrumbs might be better.

39. What is a Hairball? Is there a way to avoid it? Do we have any product for Hairball?

Answer: It is barley that undergoes a drying process called malting. It is first soaked in water and dried with hot air to stop its germination. Malt is rich in Vitamins and minerals. It has many health benefits, but it is a helpful ingredient in anti-hairball products.

40. How can I say that my dog is an adult now? Is it the same for all breeds?

Answer: In general, puppies become adult dogs between one and two years of age. But it's not like they wake up the morning of their first birthday and are suddenly grown-up dogs! In fact, puppy maturation is a process, and it varies from dog to dog depending on size, breed, socialization, and more.

41. My birds are Moulding (Changing feathers). How can I help them go through the process healthier and more successfully?

Answer: As owners, here are some helpful bird molting care tips:
Be Patient.
Bathe Your Birds.
Help Them Out When Necessary.
Give Them Enough Moisture.
Give them Space.
Petting and handling them is Not Advisable.
Provide the Right Diet.
Give them the Right Room Temperature.

42. How can I say if dog food is good or medium quality? Ingredients? Rank of ingredients? Proteins/ fat /Energy?

Answer: Look for food companies that exceed AAFCO guidelines and use high-quality ingredients. Choose foods with meat-based items listed as the first two to three ingredients. Avoid foods that contain excess chemical preservatives and high amounts of fillers like wheat, corn, and soy.

43. Where do we get proteins from? Animals? Plants?

Answer: In general, animal proteins like meat, dairy, and eggs contain all the essential amino acids. Plant-based proteins from foods like beans, grains, nuts, and soy are rich in some amino acids but may lack others. A well-balanced diet with a variety of foods can provide sufficient protein for the body's needs.

44. Is expensive food really expensive on a daily feeding basis? Which is the way to identify

Answer: Higher quality foods do tend to be more expensive than lower quality food. This is because the quality of the ingredients is higher. For example, they will tend to use a higher percentage of meat, and often simpler and (arguably) quality other ingredients.

45. What is metabolizing energy? Can we use it as a criteria in order to identify a good quality food?

Answer: Metabolizable Energy (ME) is the net energy remaining after fecal and urinary energy loss and represents the energy available for growth or reproduction and for supporting metabolic processes such as work (locomotion) and respiration (thermoregulation, maintenance metabolism, HIF). The energy value of foods is usually determined using the instrument called bomb calorimeter. It consists of a heavy steel bomb, with a platinum or gold-plated copper lining and a cover held tightly in place by means of a strong screw collar.

46. Is egg a good source of protein? Which one is also good?

Answer: A large egg contains about 6 grams of protein. Eggs also are a good source of other nutrients, including vitamin D (which aids bone health and the immune system) and choline (which helps metabolism and liver function, as well as fetal brain development).

47. Why are there so many products in grooming? Is there any difference between them or do they just smell different?

Answer: Rising pet adoptions and humanization are driving the increased spending on various pet products such as grooming, accessories, and food. Growing awareness about pet health is a major factor resulting in increasing demand for pet grooming products.

48. What is Neutral, acidic or alkaline aquarium water?. What is the Neutral human pH value?

Answer: PH ranges from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral. pHs less than 7 are acidic while pHs greater than 7 are alkaline.  To maintain homeostasis, the human body employs many physiological adaptations. One of these is maintaining an acid-base balance. In the absence of pathological states, the pH of the human body ranges between 7.35 to 7.45, with the average at 7.40.

49. What are the most important parameters for keeping reptiles?

Answer: Different needs in Light, in UV, in humidity and temperature

50. Is there a meaning/purpose of the fish mouth depending on its facing direction? (Upwards, Downwards, straight). How should they be fed?

Answer: Fish that have terminal or protrusible mouths generally feed on other fish. Fish that have superior mouths are generally ambush predators, meaning they generally are hidden and wait for fish to come close to them before they strike.

51. Why do reptiles Hibernate? What is it? Is it ok not to allow them to do so?

Answer: It is the process of inactivity or dormancy during periods of extreme temperatures and arid conditions in which their metabolic rate is lowered. This activity is to help avoid the animal from drying out.

52. My turtle has popped eyes and soft shell?

Answer: If your turtle has developed a soft shell it is probably caused by one of two things. It could be Metabolic Bone Disease (MBD) which is caused by a lack of calcium in the diet. If the condition is not too advanced it can be corrected by increasing the Calcium and Vitamin D in the turtles diet.

53. Do I need a heater in the aquarium?

Answer: If you are keeping tropical fish, you will need a heater. A heater ensures that a tank doesn't get too cool, and that the temperature stays steady during the course of the day, even when the room cools off (e.g., at night). For many tropical fish, a temperature of 78F is ideal. There are two main heater types.

54. Do we need a heater in the terrarium? How is it heated?

Answer: Unfortunately, this isn't the best news for your terrarium. They don't love artificial heat, so be sure to move them away from any radiators or underfloor heating in the winter. Heat cables can be placed inside the terrarium, wrapped around a wood accessory, placed in a hollow limb or attached to the outside of the terrarium using electrical tape. Because heat cables are water resistant, they are often a good choice for high-humidity enclosures.

55. Do you know how to train the puppy to use the training pad? Do you just leave it on its place so the puppy can find it? Do you use any other attractive spray methods?

Answer: When she looks as though she's about to pee or poop, say “potty” (or whatever word you choose) and take her quickly to her pad. Give her lots of praise and a small treat when she “does her business” there. Do not allow her free access to the house yet, as that will only result in making housetraining mistakes.

56. What are the puppy pads made of? How much liquid can they absorb? Is it better to have cotton or other material inside like polymers?

Answer: Most puppy pads are made from gauze over a blue plastic that are faced down. There are a variety of puppy pads available now in the market with different features meant to fit the needs of dogs and pet parents. Some also have adhesive tabs and odor-eliminating scents to reduce the effects.

57. Do dog pads expire? If yes, explain why?

Answer: According to the AKC, most puppy pads need changing after a maximum of three uses. However, should the puppy pad start giving off a smell, it's time to swap it out with a new one.

58. What are Dog treats made of? What is FD process?

Answer: Dog biscuits are made primarily of a carbohydrate, which in most cases is flour. The flour can be made of corn, wheat, or rice. Flour allows the biscuit to be easily shaped and baked — pretty much like a cookie! Another critical ingredient is protein, such as beef or chicken.

59. What are cat treats made of? Percentage of necessary carbohydrates?

Answer: Ingredients like poultry fat, animal digest, and other mystery meats make the dry treats more palatable. The high amount of carbs also mess with the cat's system. Carbs break down into sugar. And high amounts of sugar promote hunger and weight gain in cats. Ideally, cats should get less than 10% of their calories from carbohydrates. Dry diets require relatively high levels of carbohydrates to maintain their form, so this level can only be met in wet foods.

60. What is TPR? Do we have any products made of it?

Answer: Going back to chemistry, thermoplastic rubbers are synthetic rubber materials belonging to the class of styrene thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) plastics made from combining both plastic and rubber materials (copolymers).

61. How is TPR made? What does it mean?

Answer: TPR rubber shares the elastic flexibility of rubber just like elastomeric latex, and they also possess the melting and fabricated shape molding properties of thermoplastic materials.

62. 1. TPR Pliability, Eco-Friendliness, and Recyclability?

Answer: Just like ice cubes or butter, thermoplastic rubber has the ability to be moldable or pliable (bent-flexible) within a set designer temperature range when it’s in a molten-liquid state and will assume the designer solid formed state upon cooling. For a manufacturing company aiming to have an assortment of products, this is not the case with thermoset plastic materials which will only assume a permanent shape like a cooked. The pliability of TPR rubber comes in handy in developing different dog toy products with different sizes, textures, and shapes –from structured bone designs, feeding bowls, tug toys, to textured treat dispenser ball designs, TPR as a raw material allows for the development of different designs and shapes to form an ideal pet toy assortment plus accessories for all dog breeds. pancake upon curing because of the chemical cross-linking pattern when processed in the final product. The TPR material design process doesn’t invoke chemical cross-linking between the polymers’ chemical structures like observed in other rubber and plastic materials. If the thermoplastic finished product doesn’t fit the desired planning design, the elastomeric TPR rubber can be reheated, reprocessed, and remolded to achieve a new design when recycled for best results.

63. What is sepiolite? Do we have any products made of it?

Answer: Cat litter might not seem like a particularly exotic substance, but it contains a mineral known as sepiolite, which is actually rather remarkable. Mined from only a few sources worldwide, sepiolite is a type of clay that absorbs 2.5 times its weight in water - that's more absorbent than any other known mineral, or any manmade material.

64. Why do we need a gravel washer for the aquarium?

Answer: Yes, you should vacuum the aquarium gravel because leftover food particles and organic waste can settle in the aquarium substrate and encourage the growth of bacteria and parasites. An aquarium gravel vacuum will help you get rid of these pollutants, maintain cleanliness, and improve water quality.

65. What is the easiest way to transmit a disease in our aquariums?

Answer: Like all animals, fish may carry germs that make people sick. These germs can also contaminate the water in which fish live. Although fish and aquarium water can spread germs to people, illness due to keeping fish is rare. Salmonella is a type of bacteria that spreads to people and animals through contaminated food or contact with the stool or habitat of certain animals, including fish. An animal's aquarium or terrarium may also be a source of Salmonella. Fish carrying Salmonella often do not show any signs of disease.

66. What happens when we knock on the glass of the aquarium?

Answer: The same noise level in the air could lead to serious hearing damage over time. And fish have it even worse: since the sound pressure is four times higher under water than it is in the air, a good portion of deaths in public aquarium can be traced back to repeated tapping on the glass.

67. What is the useful bacteria meaning in aquariums? Are they dangerous for humans?

Answer: A healthy, balanced aquarium relies on beneficial bacteria to break down fish waste, dead plant material and other organic debris that accumulate in the tank.  They keep the water crystal clear and prevent toxic ammonia and nitrite from accumulating. They are not dangerous to humans.

68. Shall I prefer live or artificial plants?

Answer: Health benefits would be the number one reason for choosing a live office or houseplant instead of an artificial one. Study after study (including ones by NASA) has shown that plants can make us feel better. We are less stressed and ill, more productive and creative, stay longer and relax more when we are around plants.

69. What is the food for the plants?

Answer: Their roots take up water and minerals from the ground and their leaves absorb a gas called carbon dioxide (CO2) from the air. They convert these ingredients into food by using energy from sunlight. This process is called photosynthesis, which means 'making out of light'. The foods are called glucose and starch.

70. How do we fertilize the plants?

Answer: Use either a liquid or granular product with a balanced amount of the big three nutrients. Look for a number on the label like 10-10-10 (representing the nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium proportions in the fertilizer, often abbreviated to N-P-K), which will suit most plants.

71. What is chondroitin? Why is it useful?

Answer: It is a substance that occurs naturally in the connective tissues of humans and animals. It activates cells, delays aging, improves immunity, maintains and repairs cartilage tissue, and prevents cartilage degradation.

72. What is glucosamine? Why is it useful?

Answer: It is an amino sugar, a natural compound found in cartilage. It helps develop and renew cartilage, keeping it lubricated for better joint movement and flexibility.

73. Can animals' bodies produce L-Lysine? What is its use? Is it for hair or for the eyes?

Answer: It is an essential amino acid, which means it can´t be synthesized by animals and thus must be supplied in their diet. It is also present in the hair´s root, and it is responsible for the shape and volume of the hair. An L-Lysine deficiency may cause hair loss, but getting enough of it can prevent this issue and promote hair growth.

74. What is Methionine? What is its benefit? Which organ does it help?

Answer: Methionine is an antioxidant. It may help protect the body from damage caused by ionizing radiation. It may detoxify harmful substances in the body, such as heavy metals. It may also prevent liver damage from acetaminophen poisoning. Helps optimize the effect of antibiotics and control acid urine levels (Ph 4-6). Prevents formation of kidney stones (phosphate stones such as struvite, carbonate apatite, brushite). Also necessary in the formation of some essential amino acids like Cysteine.

75. What are the benefits of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids?

Answer: Rich in OMEGA 3 and OMEGA 6 fatty acids, which support a healthy immune system, heart health, anti-inflammatory properties, healthy skin & coat and cognitive function.

76. What is gelatin? Can it be good for human use?

Answer: Good for mobility support and pain relief. Rich in Glycine and Proline, amino acids which are key elements for the formation of cartilage. Scientific research has proven that this ingredient is effective to increase the production of cartilage in the joints of dogs preventing and treating mobility problems.

77. Benefits of the Berries fruits. Name some?

Answer: Berry traditionally grown in the USA and Russia. It helps keep Ph-levels low, so it is used in urinary products to prevent, especially in cats, the formation of urinary (struvite) stones.

78. Is the addition of Papaya and Pineapple useful in diets?

Answer: These tropical fruits have multiple digestive properties. Both contain Bromelain, which is an enzyme well known for its health benefits (digestive, anti-coagulant, anti-inflammatory…). Papaya also contains Papain, increasing its effectiveness as an aid to digestion.

79. What is Taurine? Is cat able to produce itself?

Answer: Taurine: Taurine is exclusively found in animal-based proteins. It is critical for normal vision, digestion, heart muscle function, to maintain normal pregnancy and fetal development, and to maintain a healthy immune system. Taurine is an essential amino acid in cats. Taurine is necessary for maintaining a healthy heart and eyes and can only be found in animal proteins. Cats can't manufacture taurine themselves, so it's added as a supplement to all cat foods. Eggs are an excellent source of taurine, so adding them to your cat's diet is a great boost.

80. How much food do we use in the aquarium?

Answer: A general rule of thumb is to feed only what your fish can consume in 2 to 3 minutes. When in doubt, start with a tiny quantity and observe how fast your fish consumes it. If it is completely consumed in less than 2 minutes, give them a little more.

81. Why is Sera Natural range one step ahead of the competition?

Answer: Healthy nutrition is a current topic also in aquarium care. A high-quality food is the basis and not only beneficial for the health but also for digestion.
