    Orders must be placed before 2 PM UAE time to ensure processing within the current business day.

  • Delivery Time:
    Orders are delivered within 24 working hours; same-day delivery is available if orders are placed before 2 PM UAE time.​
  • Minimum Order Value : None 
  • Shipping Charge : 
    AED 50-200, varies depending on location. Detailed rates are available in our priority delivery chart. 
  • Availability : Available to all customers.

In-Store Pickup

  • Collection : 
    Customers can collect their ordered products from our warehouse when the order status is 'ready to dispatch'.

Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Receipt of Goods

Deliveries must be received by an authorized representative of your company. A valid ID and order confirmation number may be required at the time of delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to unavailability or incorrect information, our team will contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
