The items should be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when they were received. The physical verification helps us ensure that the products are eligible for return based on our standards.
Criteria for Return
- Eligibility:
- Non-expiring Products: Products are eligible for return within 60 days from the date of delivery.
- Expiring Products: Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition:
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase:
- A valid receipt or invoice must be presented as proof of purchase.
Special Conditions

Issuance of Credit Note
