The AQUAEL UNIFILTER UV filter is intended for purifying and aerating aquarium water. It filters the water efficiently and additionally sterilizes it thanks to the presence of UV LEDs. Fights floating algae, protozoa and bacteria, which increases water clarity and guarantees fish health. UV LEDs can be turned on or off regardless of the filter's operation. UNIFILTER UV is easy to use and allows convenient adjustment of efficiency by means of a knob, which is also a rotor dome. The water discharge direction can be adjusted in a range of 90 °.

Larger UNIFILTER UV 500, 750 and 1000 models are equipped with a ceramic rotor axis, which affects their quiet operation and guarantees their durability.

A specially designed chamber for filtration media protects against water from entering the aquarium into water changes, as well as when removing the filter from the aquarium during water changes or washing sponges. The maintenance of the AQUAEL UNIFILTER UV filter is also facilitated by two independent sponge cartridges that can be removed and cleaned one at a time, alternately. This prevents the destruction of nitrifying bacterial colonies that support nitrogen transformations. In order to ensure continuous filtration, it is recommended to alternately clean the sponge filter cartridges independently.
