SMBG B2B Portal is Now Live!

We are pleased to announce that our portal is now live following a scheduled maintenance for upgrade. We have updated fundamental requirements and will be adding more features in the coming days.

Important Information:

• All customer credentials have been reset. Please use the options from the 'Login Support' menu to reset or recover your CRM information.
• Due to pending orders received during the recent maintenance period, stock will not be reserved/booked immediately when you place a new order. Instead, it will be reserved only when orders are manually validated by our Backoffice team. Order fulfillment accuracy may vary during this period.

• You may experience technical issues for 2-3 days. This is completely normal as we are still working on more improvements.
• Prices shown for products are standard retail prices. You can see your CRM-based prices once you log in.
• We expect to return to our regular system within 2-3 days.
