1. All the products will be delivered to the customer within 2 workings days after the written/online order confirmations, depending on the availability
2. Customer must verify and confirm the materials at the time of delivery, and any discrepancy must be intimated within 2 working days. Any discrepancy will not be entertained after the prescribed period except in the case of unsold faulty electronic materials
3. Food items will not be replaced or returned under any circumstances
4. Electronic equipment does not hold any warranty or guarantee unless otherwise agreed. Faulty electronic equipment with proper documents will be replaced.
5. Payment must be completed by the customer as per the terms and conditions without any delay/deductions. Delay in payment will attract a late fee and/or penalties
6. For any sales return, contact us at email@example.com or contact the concerned sales executive. Items sold with Special requirements and/with offers are not eligible for any return or replacement.
7. Food items with less than 6 months expiry date are not eligible for return/replacement.
8. All return requests will be completed within 5 days of the receipt of the request and will be duly acknowledged
9. All products for return must be in good condition with the original invoice/delivery note. Any product without the supporting documents will not be accepted
10. Contract will be void and supply will freeze if any of the above terms and conditions are breached.
